Refunds
Please choose carefully as purchases are non-refundable for change of mind.
In the event however that an item is deemed as faulty, your item may either be replaced or refunded. If you believe your goods are faulty, please take a photo of the faulty goods and send an email to mel@cooperandkids.com for further assessment. We will do our best to contact you within 2 Business Days following receipt of your email.
Exchanges
If you have ordered the wrong size, we will be very happy to exchange the item following these conditions:
- We do not exchange sale items.
- The item will need to be posted back to us at your expense plus postage costs to send the item you are exchanging for will also be covered at your expense. This means including a PRE PAID satchel with your address on it included in the package when sending the original item to us.
- The product must be received in its original condition unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
- Exchanges must be applied for within 14 days of receiving your items.
None of the above affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
